She holds a top position at the White House — the Obama flunky whose TV-news-show lies about Libya took on legendary proportions after the Benghazi terror attack — and now she’s back in the news this week, diagnosing America’s foreign policy ailments with one simple observation:
Too many white people at the top.
It might perfectly sum up the race-obsessed perspective of America’s first black president, but it infuriated a good part of the American public — and the backlash is likely to be stinging for a while.

Nope. The biggest problem, according to Rice, is that the State Department under Barack Obama (going on eight years now) just doesn’t have enough blacks and other minorities in it. In other words, concluded this black woman known for carrying Obama’s water, there are simply too many white people in the diplomatic corps of the federal government.
And the speech was evidently cleared by the Rice’s boss, since a transcript was posted on the website of the White House itself:

The obvious conclusion there is that those white students in Rice’s audience should drop their plans for a career in foreign service — their perspective because of their race is disqualifying on its face.
