It seems the climate scientists are now concerned about a lack of solar flares for the last 4 years and think we might have another ICE AGE looming. It got warm in February here in Phoenix this year, but summer has left us a month early...we're never in the high 80'a before Halloween. So it seems we can have both heating and cooling at the same time....in other words NORMAL weather.
