Obama on Obamacare: “We did raise taxes on some things.”

How many times have we had to listen to the liberals here on USMB falsely claim "but....but...Obama CUT taxes....he told us so"?

Like everything else in his life, Obama has been proven a LIAR on taxes and is admitting that he has raised taxes all over the place (in fact, I believe we are somewhere around four dozen new taxes as well as raising taxes on those that already existed).

"Some things" means uninsured families, med devices, flex accounts, small businesses, people with high medical bills and even charitable hospitals.

How dumb does Obama and the idiots in the then-liberal Congress (like Nancy Pelosi) have to be to think that putting new taxes on medical devices and hospitals will cause the cost of healthcare to come DOWN?
