So, armies of former ACORN Operatives are being relaunched as ObamaCare Navigators. These legions will scour the cities and countryside in order to sign up as many people for ObamaCare as possible. (Note, they are not undergoing background checks...yet will have access to very personal info such as SS #s, DOB, financial data).

Here's a prediction: This is yet another Housing Bubble-Student Loan Bubble type of debacle in which people WHO CANNOT AFFORD SOMETHING will be enticed by government operatives/cronies to sign up for it. The ACORN Shysters will undoubtedly mislead the hapless signers that ObamaCare is the big health care equivalent of an Obamaphone. The subsidies to soften the blow are front ended, but these hapless idiots will be socked with big "balloon" payment equivalents down the road.

And then the Dems will scramble to figure out a bail out program.

The End.

And if you sign up today, you get a Free Obamaphone to call your doctor with!

The truth is there ARE NO 46 million people that are uninsured that want insurance in the first place... the reason supposedly ACA was passed!
18 million under 34 make over $50K and spend less then $1,000 a year out of their own pocket for health insurance so WHY the need to force them to have insurance?

Then you have 14 million people who think they don't have coverage that only need to register with Medicaid ... they are covered!
Finally why should the 99% of Americans health care be destroyed for 10 million "ILLEGAL CITIZENS"???

That leaves truly 4 million that want and need insurance!
So a simple $20 billion a year provides a $5,000 annual premium for each of the truly uninsured that can prove they can't afford!
NO messing around with 99% of our insurance programs.
And if you really wanted to cost nothing TAX lawyers 10% of their $270 billion a year... just like ACA has done to tanning salons!
Use that $27 billion to pay for the truly 4 million uninsured!
THAT SIMPLE

YET NOT ONE person on this board has refuted the above statements that are substantiated with these sources..
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY EVEN idiot conservatives still use "46 million" uninsured!
WAKE UP FOLKS there never were 46 million!!!

1) Nearly 18 million of the uninsured lived in households with annual incomes above $50,000 -- over half of them (9.7 million) in households with incomes that exceed $75,000 annually.
CRISIS OF THE UNINSURED: 2009
Subtract from 46 million the 18 million and you get 28 million!

2) 14 million that say they are uninsured DON"T KNOW they are covered by Medicaid! Obama/and CMS of ALL people should know THAT!!!
http://coverageforall.org/pdf/BC-BS_Uninsured-America.pdf
Subtract from 28 million the 14 million covered by Medicaid leaves 14 million

3) 10 million counted in his "46 million" WERE NOT citizens!!!
Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2009 - Income & Wealth - Newsroom - U.S. Census Bureau
Subtract from 14 million the 10 million NOT citizens leaves 4 million!

So that leaves 4 million that REALLY NEED and WANT health insurance.

Consider this a Preview of Coming Attractions:

The federal government will no longer enroll people with pre-existing conditions in its temporary high-risk insurance pool amid signs that the $5 billion program could run out of money sooner than expected.

(snip)

Ohio’s portion of the program’s costs is projected at $181 million, including claims and administrative costs. However, the state expects to bring in less than $40 million in premium revenue, resulting in a projected shortfall of $141.4 million just in Ohio.

Nationwide, more than 135,000 have taken part in the program.

The enrollment freeze essentially means that a person with cancer or another pre-existing condition who loses a job — and health insurance — in Ohio after early September 2012 will no longer be able to obtain health coverage through the government’s high-risk pool. Beginning in 2014, the uninsured will be able to obtain health insurance through state- and federally run health exchanges.

Health-care overhaul critics seized on the announcement, including Ohio Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor, who also is director of the state Department of Insurance.

“These developments represent the concerns I have voiced over the past two years about what lies ahead for consumers,” Taylor said. “ Just as the high-risk pools have proven too expensive for the federal government to support, Obamacare seems destined to lead us down the same path of unsustainability.”...
