He could have been a 10! But his ideology in socialism a/communism out weighted his perfect storm of being a Biracial president. He SUPPOSEDLY knew the racial situation of this country but instead of bringing white and black together, he decided to use his experience as a community agitator to promote the Al/Jesse/Louie faction of disharmony. He certainly could have promoted both sides and have had real discussions on this now worsened problem....He's an enabler of discontent, the very fabric that he used to make a living back in Chicago!
