Officers shot at in Florida and Los Angeles

Two Los Angeles police officers were shot at Sunday night while they drove their patrol car in the southern part of the city, police said. The officers returned fire, authorities said, and no one was injured.
One suspect was arrested and two weapons, including a rifle, were recovered. Another remains at large, prompting a manhunt that lasted for hours and involved about 100 officers, LAPD Capt. Lillian Carranza said.

Does it mean that you are not surprised with every following death more? You accept it like a commonplace. Normal people must cooperate with policemen and support them. Society is ill when policemen are killed and nobody is concerned about it. It is a criminal society!

Twelve years active airborne infantry and then about 18 months with Vance International taught me people shoot at each other in certain occupations.

And, yes, people die. That recognition does not mean I don't care about individuals. For you to suggest that "nobody is concerned" tells me that you don't understand other people nearly as well as you might think.
