That would be painful, but I don't know that it would be the "most" painful. I still think the arm bar would be worse.

I agree on the arm bar as in how Rhonda Rousey did it when she was the MMA champ another would be the triangle choke where the legs are used like a vice on the opponent's neck or head. I had it done to me and it felt like the top of my head would explode.
