Governor Jerry Brown Signs Bill To Regulate Cow Flatulence

I read stuff like this about my home state and don't know whether to laugh – or cry. What happened to the Golden State? Was it always this way and I just never saw it?

In yet another attack on California businesses, yesterday Governor Jerry Brown signed into law a bill (SB 1383) that requires the state to cut methane emissions from dairy cows and other animals by 40% by 2030.
