Impeachment is NOT dead issue, but the House is a long way from impeachment hearings. They still don't have the unredacted Mueller Report. The also need the National Security Investigation Report, and they need testimoney from McGahn, and Mueller. It is WAY to soon to discuss impeachment.
I know Trump wants impeachment desperately, because he thinks he will appear sympathetic. He won't. He's not Bill Clinton. He't not a man, innocent of any wrong doing, being pursued relentless by a Republican Party bent on revenge for Iran Contra.
