So here we have this dictator wannabe who would tell The U.S. Supreme Court which cases it should hear and which it should refuse.

Forgetting, of course (or just failing to accept) that there IS still more than one branch of government.

Here's a link:

Obama Supreme Court wrong to take up ObamaCare challenge TheHill

"The Supreme Court should not have taken up the lawsuit challenging ObamaCare subsidies, President Obama said on Monday."

“This should be an easy case, frankly it shouldn't have even been taken up,” Obama said during a news conference at the Group of Seven (G-7) summit of leading industrial nations in Germany.

"The Supreme Court is expected to hand down a decision this month in the King v. Burwell case, which threatens to eliminate subsidies for millions of Americans who receive their health insurance from federal exchanges."

"Obama rejected the basis for the challenge and said it is “well documented” that the authors of the Affordable Care Act “never intended” to block people on federal exchanges from obtaining the subsidies."

IF Our Kenyan Emperor (wannabe) does trample a court ruling is this somehow NOT grounds for impeachment?

Kenyan? LOL

Again, I'm not an obamacare fan. And, I think the soctus pretty much had to take the case, because there was a split amongst the circuits. But, legally speaking, imo Obama is correct in that it shouldn't be a difficult case .... unless the goal is to get rid of Obamacare subsidies.

Symposium The grant in King Obamacare subsidies as textualism s big test SCOTUSblog

heard that the language is supposed to mean what it says and giving it to mrobama would be a twisting of the actual words in the law . I hope that obamacare is done away with . Simply because of the 'mandate' plus mrobamas le6acy !!
