As you know my low back is not good
. I did all the PT and it’s not good enough
.

You think Motrin will help me a few times a week for my class

I tried Tylenol and it seemed to do zero

The doc offered me stronger drugs . Were these opioids ??

Not necessarily. These days they tend to go to anti-inflammatory meds first. Those are just stronger versions of Motrin/Ibuprofen. Unless you are taking blood thinners, anti-inflammatory meds are best for back problems. Just remember to eat something prior to ingesting them.

Doesn't have to be much, a slice of bread or some crackers, just something for the acid in your stomach to work on. Anti-inflammatory meds suppress the action of the cells that produce the material that protects the lining of the stomach from the acid that is there for digestion. I think they're known as "pit cells".

I have incredible back pain. I'm going to a pain management specialist next week. I don't take anything for pain.

The 50 maybe outta your league ...the 30 depending on what 30 you can find for under a grand

2x200mg Ibuprofen
+
2x500mg Panadol/Tylenol

Maybe every 4hrs for a short while...

5% Codeine in the Panadol wouldn't hurt.

I only need it for 1 hour !!
Once class is over I will deal with pain

Will I get gassy ??
I did not. That combination was recommended by my dentist after a tooth extraction. Works well. May take 20/30 mins to kick in. Take it before the pain starts is best.

Tooth pain is horrible
Imagine most of human history had to deal with it

I use roll-on Arnica.arnica.PNG

Lower back pain can also be caused by issues with Kidneys; and some meds cause Kidney problems thus adding to the pain factor in the lower back.

I would tell the class teacher. They may be able to help you. You need to know what the problem is then you can go to physio and get in fixed or if that is not suitable see a back surgeon or an Osteopath or a chiropractor. Get it sorted!!

Drs in Scotland tend to suggest that for short term pain like sinus problems but not taking them together. Taking one and then the other two hours after. It is quite good for moderate pain.

Ask the asshole for a weeks worth of Methocarbamol and see if it helps.
If you were in a free country you could run to the farmacia and try some.
When my sacro acts up I do carisoprodol for several days but thats a huge NONO in the great satan inc

I've never had much success with over-the-counter pain relievers.

You want relief, go with the real thing.
