What a bunch of pathetic nonsense. Complaining about censorship, when the only reason such complaints gain any traction is because of how much more advanced we are than the Arabs. Arabs have no free speech. Arabs respect none of the principles which define America and other Enlightenment based cultures. The only injustices the Arabs ever suffered were the ones which made them primitives in a modern world. No primitives, anywhere, are treated like modern people. Why should they be?

We're soaked in blood from head to toe. So is everyone else. The overthrow of the Mohammad Mosaddegh government was the greatest crime we committed in that region. A true nascent democracy, and we crushed it into the ground. Now we're much, much worse off.

All this is unfortunate, to say the least, and we have made matters worse, rather than better. Our tactics have been the same as everybody else's though. The Arabs are a problem because they are not a modern people. The Mongols, the black plague and the crusades were the injustices I referred to. They brought the most advanced culture on the planet to its knees, and they remained on their knees for a thousand years. No one would suggest giving the Amazonian rain forest tribes a modern nation status. We've seen what the Arabs can do with modern nations. Nothing. Almost every state they manage is a failed state. The Saudis don't run their country for the benefit of the people.

It's about leadership and support for that leadership. Mosaddegh could have been another Atatürk.
