Piggybacking; how to stop it

I'd be so happy to take on any suggestions. My husband and I have spent the day on and off trying to figure out 1) how does it happen 2) how to prevent it.

It's a tad more than disconcerting when you watch yourself "post" and you aren't posting.

And no I am not being Sybil here.

Does anyone here have an answer? I can't find one to date.

I have no idea what this is about... only times I've heard the term "piggybacking" had to do with either child's play or moving freight...
