We are not in any war and while I sympathise with Ukraine our government is a bigger threat to the UK than Putin. The UK government has granted over 700 fast track visas for Russian oligarchs who basically fund the tories. They need to be shifted so that we get a decent government.

First of all, there isn't any security alliance yet. There are only talks of possibility of it. With vague results.

Second. Without the US, this alliance will have little significance. And I don't view a possibility of the US entering it. Why would the US sign to an obligation to defend Ukraine or even supply arms to it?
