Even for the Trump Administration, the murderous plans to kill migrants with drone strikes that just emerged from their highest levels today are horrifying.

Stephen Miller took an interest in boats of migrants headed around the U.S. border in international waters. The boats were unarmed and carried men, women, and children.

Miller believed that because the boats were in international waters, the United States had the right to use drones to bomb the boats and should use that tactic. Rolling Stone reports:
