BREAKING: MAGA fans screech bloody murder after a Philadelphia school board president chooses not to be sworn in on the Bible — swearing instead on a stack of books that are frequently banned by right-wing fanatics.

And that's not even the best part...

Central Bucks president Karen Smith's oath is going viral, with Democrats loving it and Republicans throwing one of their trademark fits. Her bold stand against local Republican board members who tried to ban "sexualized content" is becoming a rallying cry for pro-education advocates.

"The Bible doesn’t hold significant meaning for me," said. "The banned books, they do mean something to me."

Smith ascends to the presidency of a Democratic-led board after Republicans controlled it for two years. During that disastrous stretch, they banned two books and might have banned sixty more.

On top of that, the conservative radicals banned staff from advocating "partisan, political or social policy issues" to students, which in practice just means anything that Republican's don't like.

At the top of the stack of books Smith swore on was "Night," the Holocaust autobiography of Elie Wisel.

"I swore never to be silent whenever and wherever human beings endure suffering and humiliation,” Smith said. "Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented."

Also included in the pile was "The Bluest Eye" by Toni Morrison, "Lily and Dunkin" by Donna Gephart, "All Boys Aren’t Blue" by George M. Johnson, "Flamer" by Mike Curato, and "Beyond Magenta" by Susan Kuklin.

Most infuriating to conservatives, Smith is a former Republican who abandoned the party because she believes its "lost its way."

She could not be any more right.

BREAKING: MAGA fans screech for blood after a brave Texas judge grants an emergency abortion allowance to a pregnant woman whose fetus has a fatal diagnosis.

This shouldn't be controversial, but Republicans have completely lost their minds...

Kate Cox, a mother of two in the Dallas area, discovered last month that her fetus has a condition that means it will likely be stillborn or die shortly after being born.

Due to Republican governance, Texas law prohibits abortions with very rare exceptions. Cox and her lawyers sought a temporary restraining order to block the state's draconian abortion bans. Thankfully, they were successful.

"Kate Cox’s life and future fertility are at great risk, and according to her doctor, the medical care that she needs is an abortion," Cox's attorney Molly Duane Duane said at the hearing. She explained that in the last two days, Cox visited the emergency room for a fourth time "for pregnancy symptoms including severe cramps leaking fluid and elevated vital signs."

"Many of Miss Cox’s health risks during this pregnancy will put her life in danger if left untreated, and carrying this pregnancy to term will significantly increase the risks to her future fertility, meaning that she and her husband may not be able to have more children in the future," she added.

Judge Maya Guerra Gamble granted the request.

"The idea that Miss Cox wants desperately to be a parent, and this law might actually cause her to lose that ability is shocking and would be a genuine miscarriage of justice," said Gamble.

Horrifyingly, an attorney representing Texas argued that the request should be denied because Cox supposedly failed to prove that she would suffer "immediate and irreparable injury" without the abortion.

Republicans are really that radical.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is dealt a crushing blow as the New York Court of Appeals denies his desperate request to halt Judge Arthur Engoran's summary judgement that he committed "pervasive, widespread fraud in financial statements."

This is a huge win for New York Attorney General Letitia James....

Trump was hoping to to stay Engoron's preliminary ruling in the massive $250 million civil fraud lawsuit brought against him by the state of New York.

According to MSNBC legal report Lisa Rubin, the ruling "means practically" that the independent financial monitor is owed a "bunch of information and advanced notice about their ownership structure and future activity," which is absolutely terrible news for the struggling Trump Organization.

Now there can be no argument. Donald Trump committed fraud and — as Engoron stated so succinctly — it was this fraud that enabled the "real estate empire" that "catapulted him to fame and the White House."

Bring this up the next time a MAGA cultist tells you that Donald Trump is a "great businessman."

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with terrible news as the ten Wisconsin Republicans who falsely claimed that Trump won the election throw in the towel and concede that they were working to subvert the state's election results.

This is huge...

The traitorous "alternate electors" have admitted that Joe Biden won the 2020 election and that they themselves were not in fact "duly elected" presidential electors as they previously insisted.

On top of that, they revoked the false documents that they filed on December 14th 2020 — the first time MAGA electors have done so.

The admission and revocation come as part of a settlement agreement stemming from a $2.4 million lawsuit filed by Biden's legitimate Democratic electors.

"We oppose any attempt to undermine the public’s faith in the ultimate results of the 2020 presidential election," the ten Republicans said in an official statement.

They have also agreed not to serve as electors in 2024 or any other election where Donald Trump is on the ballot. They will cooperate with ongoing and any future Department of Justice investigations tied to efforts to undermine the 2020 election.

This is justice and in a sane world it would be the final nail in the coffin of the Big Lie. Instead, Trumpers will likely double down yet again. At this point they're at war with reality itself.
