The polls show former Secretary of State Clinton in a massive public perception of wrong-doing regarding the email usages. The problem for Clinton critics is that the perception of doing something illegal is not matched with a fact that Secretary Clinton did something illegal.

Hillary Clinton’s e-mail issues have become a massive political problem

The polls show more than 50% think something illegal happened, 32% nolting that nothing illegal happened. The overall fact is that Secretary Clinton has not even been charged with doing something illegal. The turnaround premise is established.

Yeah, she's missing five months worth of emails, after swearing under penalty of perjury that she turned everything over

That's a MAJOR problem.

The attempt in the matter of the five month gap is to compare the 18 minute gap in the Nixon tape recorded conversation--of that easily deliberate deletion--and five months of email use, on one or another server. In the documents released to the lobbying group, there I also this:

"The email gap was revealed in documents obtained under court order in the FOIA lawsuit against the Department of State originally filed by Judicial Watch on May 6, 2013.
The documents also revealed for the first time the private email account that top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills apparently used to conduct government business, [email protected]." (FOIA is Freedom of Information Act)

So Judicial Watch is also reporting that Secretary Clinton did not even try to cover-up the email address of the aide. Anyone might construe a mishandling of the records, even one way or another. Department of Justice has filed no charge. There are lots of possibilities, including the matter of maybe not having had need to use email, or bored with all the ads, or something. If there was no official email usage, and only personal usage, then FOIA doesn't even apply to the documents, which may not exist at Department of State, since they were private.

So Notice the Time Frames- Just starting out, and then getting ready to leave.

Those gaps included no received messages between Jan. 21, 2009, and March 17, 2009. There are also gaps of no sent messages from Clinton between Jan. 21, 2009, and April 12, 2009, and between Dec. 30, 2012, and Feb. 1, 2013.

Clinton served as secretary of state from Jan. 21, 2009, through Feb. 1, 2013.

Wheter or not the emails were important isn't a big deal... The deal is she was hiding something. She may be hiding a cupcake recipie. Or something more sinister. But the fact she was hiding something is illegal.

So do we jail the Easter Bunny, or The Adults. . . .as if we didn't know(?)!

If federal officials are to be held to the same standard as everyone else: The personal emails of everyone are not subject of federal regulations. Even Freedom of Information Act applies only to official email.
