If you ever see my comment being something like "we need to go back to the old ways of dealing with criminals"..............this is exactly what I'm talking about.

Start chopping off body parts for every offense, unless it's murder. Murder gets them hanged.

Here's the problem......

When you have criminals in power deciding who the "bad guy" is.
Right now, YOU, the law abiding gun owner ARE that "bad guy" they want to surgically rearrange.

In their deranged world, you would be more guilty of a crime for defending someone with your firearm, than the perp who just raped three children and was about to shoot another. That person was just a "victim of American racism", while you would be deemed a full blown criminal.

Good idea in theory, but dangerous when you have criminals and the insane running the gallows.
