Hardly sounds like someone who hasn't made a deal. The White House has confirmed that money for the wall is not a part of this negotiation. The Congress has to appropriate money for the wall to be built. Sure there will be something he will call massive border security. Get over it. It is over and DACA will soon be the law of the land.
