Here's what I wrote before.

On my website, "The United Republic of North America"...

These are the economic policies I have on there.

Work Day - 6 Hours, not earlier than 9 am, and not later than 3 pm.
Mandatory 45 Minute break from 12 noon, to 12:45.




Minimum wages :


Tier P (For profoundly Disabled ) - $ 12 / Per Hour

Applies to : Persons who collect government benefits, who are unable to work.

- No Maximum retirement age.
- No Maximum Wage.
- No Income Tax rate

Tier D (D for disabled) : - $ 15 / Per Hour.

Applies to : Disabled persons who are Enrolled into Sheltered Workshops.

Maximum Retirement Age : 55
Maximum Wage : $ 25 / Per Hour
- No Income Tax rate

Tier 1 : Unskilled Laborers - $20 / Per Hour

Applies to : Waiters / Waitresses, Delivery personnel, Store Clerks / Cashiers, Bank tellers, Janitors, and Construction laborers and Manufacturing assembly line workers.

Maximum retirement age : 40
Maximum wage : $ 35 / Per Hour

Income Taxes : 10 % @ Minimum Wage
15% @ Maximum Wage

Tier 2 : Skilled laborers - $ 35 / Per Hour

Applies to : Shift supervisors, Floor Managers, Department Managers, Tradesmen /Tradeswomen, Private security personnel, Truck Drivers and Bus Drivers, and Warehouse personnel.

Maximum retirement age : 50
Maximum wage : $ 55 / Per Hour

Income Taxes : 15% @ Minimum Wage
20% @ Maximum Wage

Tier 3 : Government Personnel - $ 50 / Per hour


Maximum retirement age : 50
-No Maximum wage

Income Taxes : 25%

Tier 4 : Professionals - $ 80 / Per Hour

Applies to : Legal Assistant personnel, Financial and Tax service personnel, Hygienists, Medical assistants, Middle level business management personnel and Human resources personnel, and Sales agents, and Grade school teachers and Tutors.

Maximum retirement age : 55
Maximum wage : $ 180 / Per Hour

Income Taxes : 35% @ Minimum Wage
45% @ Maximum Wage


Tier 5 :
Intellectuals - $130 / Per Hour


Applies to : Medical personnel, Legal Personnel, Scientists and Engineers and College / University professors and Top level Business Management / CEO and Executives.

Maximum retirement age : 55
Maximum wage : $ 350 / Per Hour

Income Taxes : 35% @ Minimum Wage
50% @ Maximum Wage

Minor Goods (Hardware, Software, Electronics, Clothing, Décor and Non-Valuable Artwork, and Home goods and Office Supplies.)
Minimum Price - $20
Maximum Price - $200

Sales Taxes - 10 %

Adult Goods (Tobacco, Nicotine and Alcohol and other Regulated Drugs if Applicable)
Minimum Buying Ages :
Tobacco and Nicotine- 21
Alcohol - 25
Other Regulated Drugs if applicable - 25 with license

Minimum Price - $ 40
Maximum Price -$40

Sales Taxes- 90 %


Intermediate Goods (Large Hardware, Advanced Software, Motorized Tools, Furniture and Appliances, and Small Medical Equipment)

Minimum Price - $350
Maximum Price - $800

Sales Taxes - 20 %

Large Goods (Automobiles and Homes)

Minimum Price - $1,500
Maximum Price - $ 30,000

Sales Taxes - 30 %

What this does is it keeps the prices affordable and protects against price gauging.
