Well its pretty obvious to those of us in the conspiracy community.
Trump set it up.

They picked up an unbalanced kid. Filled his head with crap. Selected a dangerous site for the cult meeting and told the kid where to go. Where were security when the kid was climbing on to the roof in broad daylight. ?

They told him that he would be whisked away scot free. With secret service help.

But nobody could know about the conspiracy. So trump ratted on him as he always does, The magic bullet ? Trump had a small blade in his hand that he cut himself with.

And the consequences ? Thoughts and prayers all round. The people killed or hurt need to recognixe that being shot is the small price of living in America. Trump says so.
