Robert D. Lipton was at the Trump Rally nearby in this same town four years ago. Robert said there were secret service snipers on EVERY ROOF then and his daughter and he felt very secure. This time, they looked up and said, "Where are they?"
People were shouting, "There he is!" to authorities and secret service and "they did nothing."
