Trump classified documents case dismissed. Jack Smith loses again.

She fucked your cult, big time.
Nope snowflake.
This dissmissal will automatically be appealed to The 11th Circuit.
Prepare to be dissapointed. The Jan. 6th case (evidence) soon to be aired in Tanya Chutkan's courtroom....AND still guilty on 34 felony counts.
Sentencing coming in September.
Not a good time for MAGAt cultroaches to be strutting.

According to you MAGAts who keep hoping that 34 felony convictions are going to be magically tossed out on appeal?
Yes.

Merchan would be stupid to let it go that far. He may set the verdict aside to save face. The whole case was dogshit and the U.S. Constitution was shit on repeatedly by Merchan, Bragg and the prosecution team.

I would love it to go to appeal to expose them further. Let's have them explain how Michael Colangelo, Biden's #3 in the DOJ landed in Bragg's employment magically.

LOL

This law is not expired, ya freak of nature...

The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel when he or she determines that criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted and—
(a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney's Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and
(b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.
LOL

Didn't Jack's Jan 6th case just get blown up by the SCOTUS? https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/23-939_e2pg.pdf

Why do you think the Judge in NY decided to continue the sentencing hearing til September?

Jack Smith finally got the ruling he wanted...

He will win this on appeal and Aileen Cannon will be tossed off the case...

The appeal will be fast, very fast...

Cannon was slow balling this as much as she could but not doing enough to get tossed... She is gone now..
That maybe a mistake on Smith’s part, the last two trials are looking like Democrats are on a witch-hunt. It would be best not to alienate the 33% of the middle of the road voters, just before an election, after, maybe before, helps Trump.

Legal experts say the constitution is clear and you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

The Lawfare campaign against Trump is failing, BIGLY!
...........................Garland should go to prison for illegally appointing a hack to target Trump in a bogus case
Well, the good poster Nostra is shrilling his histrionics. imo.

Garland should go to prison? Does that mean every appointer of 'Special Counsels' need be imprisoned...... retroactively?
Special Counsel's have been around for a long time. They have utilitarian value. We'll see how this cake bakes. Count me skeptical that Cannon is in the right.
------------------------------------------------------------

"Jack Smith appointment was ruled illegal. There is no case."
Not so sure about that. Count me skeptical. So if Smith was wrongly appointed then the case....a strong case as it is.....could then be picked up by our United States Attorney for the jurisdiction of Florida.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

"Take THAT you fucking communist ASSHOLES!!!!!!!!!!"
That's the intellectual aspect of MAGATrumps.
And again, confirms the widely held perception of the character and education of MAGA-hatters.
Sad. Bigly.
-----------------------------------------------

"Both should have to pay all of Trump's legal fees."
Trump didn't pay 'em.....why should you as a taxpayer pay 'em?
--------------------------------------------------------------

"There are credible rumors Jack Smith isn't even a licensed attorney."
"Credible rumors"?
Show and tell, amigo.
Batter up.
---------------------------------------------------

"This was a weak case with an illegally appointed special counsel."
Actually, it was a pretty strong case. He took what wasn't his. The papers belong to the United States. When the US demanded them back he hid them, he denied he had 'em. Then insiders squealed. Then the security cams showed the hiding. Then the FBI went and got 'em. That's a strong case.
Time will tell on the alleged "illegality" of Special Counsels.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

"It cannot be overturned. ....... Much of the evidence was staged and eliminated so there's not much of a case left."
The decision can be appealed. Which then allows Jack Smith to in essence argue the same case facts in front of judges who won't intentionally slow-walk it as Cannon was doing. Or to state it differently, the salient points of the case will now be presented publicly to a court that isn't hostile.
That may be a good thing for Jack Smith and the U.S. Let's put some sunshine on the facts.

Yes, it's clear from this case that Xiden and the Demafascsit don't care about the rule of law, hence why you lost bigly in Court again
Cute outburst.

Free advice: next time you get curious about a topic, go read up on it like a big boy instead of coming here and making strangers correct a bunch of lies you pull out of your ass.

Free advice.

She didn't hold that all special counsels are illegal

If Smith was illegally appointed, then he certainly won't be presenting the points of the case to any one. The only argument is that the appointment was legal and it was an inferior appointment that didn't need to be approved by Congress.
