Protestors chanting Nazi slogan storm crowd outside Charlie Kirk speech at Colorado State University

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Protests around a conservative speaker at Colorado State University on Friday night started peacefully, but quickly turned violent when a group wielding riot shields, large flashlights and face masks emblazoned with skulls stormed a dwindling crowd while chanting a Nazi slogan.

Campus police, who were wearing helmets with riot masks throughout the event, shut down the clash and drove the groups off. Members of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office later showed up wearing tactical gear.

Protesters were drawn to campus because of a speech by conservative activist Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA, which says on its website is devoted to the promotion of the principles of fiscal responsibility, free markets and limited government.

Protests prior to and during the speech were orderly. The violence broke out while the event was concluding inside the Lory Student Center.

These white supremacist need no funding. They feel free now to be open with their hate.

The question is better directed at the original lefty Marxist protestors.

One must be more clued-up at the local level to understand the nazi-fascist resonance. Ft. Collins had a radical reaction to the 99% movement. One onfronted groups walking the sidewalk swiftly chanting "This is what democracy looks like," while an arson fire was blamed on a bee-keeper a week later. The schizoid black-and-white facial design reminded one of the same style seen in African cannibals, which same cannibals claim that human flesh tastes just like bacon. And these things previous to a police sweep (Russian zachistka 'cleansing operation') that removed homeless campers along the RR tracks (2012).

This is also the town that fines homeless large sums and confiscates their belongings, another pathological variation on Chief Justice Marshall's fascination with the concept of the deodand.

Many still remember the lessons of letting you Nazi's gain power

I'm not a Nazi, you old jackass. It's just another word you loops are throwing around after you wore out racist, bigot, homophobic, etc
You mean after you embraced racist, bigot, and homophobic. Soon you will embrace "Nazi" too.

Well, my guess is that BOTH sides of this riot are funded by George Soros.

I see one guy surrounded by black clad, mask wearing, men carrying clubs beating him. Are you telling me that those young men need "canes" to walk? That's five on one...he's unarmed and they're beating him with weapons. That's what the "Antifa" movement is all about these days...intimidation through the use of force while hiding behind masks to silence those who's views you don't agree with!

Leftists LOVE using violence I sure in the hell won't condemn American Patriots when we start fighting back. :)

Anyone who uses Nazi chants isnt an American patriot.
I'll bet you 100$ the "nazis" were actually ANTIFA....the Traditionalist workers party isn't known for actually STARTING fights...they defend themselves...and they NEVER wear masks....ANTIFA does though.

Is that some new thing? Are you Trump sheep calling yourselves members of the "traditionalist workers party" so you can step around the Nazi label?

It's amazing to watch actually...the Antifa movement uses the EXACT same tactics as the Brownshirts used back in Germany in the 1930's while calling themselves "anti fascists"!

Bottom line is this...when you need to wear a mask to "protest" in the US...then you're NOT a non violent protester...you're an anarchist!
