Seems a whole lot of people are mad it costs 700 dollars.
Which I don't understand. You aren't losing out on anything. You can continue to play all the PS5 and PS4 games on your current PS5. It isn't a new system locking you out of playing games if you don't buy it.
Gaming is a luxury for people who can afford the games. The PS5 pro is a luxury item where you get better hardware than the current PS5 so of course it's going to be more expensive. It's optional for those that can justify and afford some extra hardware. No different than people who game on a 1000 dollar pc or a 1800 dollar pc.
People also aren't paying attention to the fact everything is more expensive now. Nothing has gotten cheaper in the past 4 years. Luxury item technology is no different.
