When Belle got a call last September that her 10-year-old had been sent to the vice principalā€™s office, she rushed over to the school. Her son Lee looked on anxiously as the vice principal explained the situation: The fifth grader had angrily pointed his finger in the shape of a gun.
While Lee sat at home for a few days serving a suspension, the principal called Belle. The school had conducted an investigation and determined that Lee would be kicked out for an entire calendar year.

Great. Instead of looking for kids who are on behavior medication, kids who are being treated with hormones for purported "gender dyphoria," and other signs of a possible future school shooter, they go after boys for being boys.

Tennessee lawmakers claimed that ramping up punishments for threats would help prevent serious acts of violence. ā€œWhat weā€™re really doing is sending a message that says ā€˜Hey, this is not a joke, this is not a joking matter, so donā€™t do this,ā€™
Kicking a ten year old boy out for a "finger gun," is a cruel joke, played by government officials on a child. That lawmaker should be telling the schools, "Hey, don't do this."

Why did he make the finger gun in the first place?

In the second month of the school year, a girl in Leeā€™s class asked him if he had been vaccinated for COVID-19, Leeā€™s mom said. Lee told her he wasnā€™t sure. The following week, as students walked outside for recess, Lee realized his classmates were avoiding him and he had no one to play with, according to his mother. She said he assumed that the girl had spread a rumor that he hadnā€™t been vaccinated and discouraged others from talking with him.

As the fifth graders filed back into the school at the end of recess, Lee expressed his frustration to a classmate, Belle told ProPublica. Her son told her that he said, ā€œIā€™m so angry, I could just ā€”ā€ and then folded his hand into a gun shape and mimicked a machine gunā€™s staccato. According to Belle, the classmate reported what Lee had said to a teacher, who told school administrators.

The COVID fascists, and anti-gun hysterics have made schools into training grounds for the new Hitler Youth.

It could be that the school foresaw an incident of violence with a gun, and acted proactively. Hopefully the school sought professional advice first!

Lee not having anyone to play with should have also sounded an alarm!

On a positive note, Lee is still alive and there was no need to have the police gun down another school shooter!

That's no guarantee that Lee won't do it at his church.

Pointing toy guns and making 'machine gun sounds' is how boys play.

This was a state law signed by Governor Bill Lee. It's not the state governments fault?
I don't know that it is a bad law. If a student actually threatens mass violence, I would never let that student back on campus. He should be at a school in which there are armed guards, metal detectors, students are subject to searches and only non-opaque backpacks can be used.

Point is that this ten year old did not threaten mass violence, and a person educated, experienced and familiar with children enough to make it to the position of school principal, should know that.

My guess is that the fact that the bullying that made him angry was over the COVID non-vaccine biased that principal, since his job required him to also be a COVID bully. Or he just thought that the kind of evil people who don't get the jab deserve what they get, and he simply siezed the opportunity to misapply the law.

Talking like that about a child is pure evil. No wonder your side likes the idea of boys being feminized and hormonalized by adults. They see value in children only in how they fulfill their own desires.

Also how they make threats and sometimes shoot up a school. Keep your Covid Mary away from the normal kids.
Give me one example of a school shooter who had previously pointed a finger gun as a ten-year-old boy.

I'd love for you to find a school shooter who was not vaccinated. Since they seem to be universally left-wing and woke, my guess would be that you could not.

We don't know that. We know little timmy is an unvaxxed Covid Mary who was mad at a girl, threatened her and got wacked for it. Good for the school. Little Timmies shoot up schools in red states all the time now. Its like their thing.

Education, to its shame, is one of the stupidest run systems at the admin level. It's shameful.

Here we have a 10 year old expelled for a FINGER GUN while we are all put at real physical risk by violent, out of control students every single day.

Awful
