The Dems debated publicly their plan for a year and a half. Over 130 GOP amendments were included. The plan originally came from the Right Wing Heritage Foundation. That's one of the reasons the GOP doesn't have a plan. Because Obamacare was their plan.

Everybody knows that.

Republicans were never going to vote for Obamacare because they hated having a black president. Normal for a party that is 90% white and based in the Deep South.

The GOP only wrote their new plan the last few weeks. Why do you think they had to wait to vote on it? Because it's required to get a CBO score. Democrats took so long that when ever they made major changes, the CBO was able to update their score rather quickly. Not so with the GOP's plan.

And the GOP crafted their bill in secret behind closed doors. Even other Republicans complained about being left out.

Everyone knows that too.
