Rand Paul Slams Donald Trump's Migrant Deportation Plan: "Terrible Image".

What about the image of Laken fighting for her life?... Rand you got this one wrong....
If I could try and explain what he is saying I would explain it like this.... uniformed US military troops should not be used... I don't know where that comes from... I've never heard Trump say that... maybe I missed it...
ICE and US marshals can handle this task... I don't see Trump deploying troops for deportation... could be a message sent so the gangs will start to self deport like they did in 2016...

No...I can't say that I do :cuckoo:

Here is something for all the MAGA types to remember. The first WHITE Europeans were ILL-FUCKING LEGAL. No papers, no documentation they just showed up. What did these WHITE Illegal aliens do. They proceeded to kill off Native Americans and steal their land. WHITE ILLEGAL ALIENS brought slavery to this country. But you of course don't care about that.

entucky Senator Rand Paul has said it would be a "terrible image" to use the United States Army to round up illegal immigrants as part of plans for mass deportations.

The nominated next Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee told Newsmax that he supported bringing back President-elect Donald Trump's Remain in Mexico policy but had reservations about other aspects of immigration plans.

Paul said that immigrants who had committed crime should be the first targets for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), claiming around 15,000 migrants in the U.S. had committed murder.

"I think if we start there, we will be fine," he said Tuesday. "I'm not in favor of sending the army in uniforms into our cities to collect people. I think it's a terrible image."

This is the one time I agree with Rand Paul.

Paul knows that's not what the military will be used for. It's already been stated military will provide logistical type support. ICE and homeland security will be the ones going into cities. National guard has already been used to assist with the border.
I knew the "we can't send back the housekeep" was coming I'm just surprised Rand Paul was the one to start it off.

They proceeded to kill off Native Americans and steal their land.

Then why did the injuns sit down at the first thanksgiving with the pilgrims and share a meal with them?

Did you know the scamming injuns out-scammed the scamming whitey?

Whitey bought manhattan from the injuns for some glass beads...but the funny thing is...the injuns didn't own manhattan...it wasn't theirs to sell :laughing0301:

Most of myth about the dinner are lies. Within 50-Years of Plymouth Colony thousands of Native Americans were dead and/or displaced.

No human is illegal.

Humans aren't illegal but these people's immigration status is illegal. Every country has the right to create and enforce it's immigration law that the country sees fit. The people voted for it. Democracy at work.

They dont have the training to round people up, they would most likely be used in the logistics of transportation. How would anyone expect DHS or ICE to have the manpower to deport even one million people?
they dont. Its taxing enough just to locate and process.

They are a live, they are human, they are legal.

Only in a world where you dont believe in the concept of soverign countries. Is it ok fine for 20 million americans to get up and go move to Tonga because its a beautiful Island country? just fuck the original residents, WE ARE NOT ILLEGAL... WE ARE HUMANS .... and we want to live here, life in America is too hard and inflation makes it where ends dont meet. I'm moving here seeking economic assylum! who cares if I didnt relocate to the nearest country, I want to relocate to the country of MY Choice!

This is YOU and people with your thinking.

I dont see the need for regular US Army troops rounding up illegals door to door in the barrios

Use the Army on the border where it is needed

ICE can work the interior

Illegal aliens reveal themselves every day in a vast variety of ways

Just picking up criminals and deporting them and their extended family will take years

Ah, so you believe Americvan government policy should be based on the dislike of ...... Americans?

You want to disgregard the fact that countries like America, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, EL Salvador etc... actually have agreements with each other. There are international agreements that have been made... since the time of the early American colonies. ARE you aware of that? Are you aware that there have been 2 world wars since that time? The U.S. has a legal immigration policy? Either you want to have a country or you dont.
Do you plan on collecting a social security check when your older? or would you like to give yours up to a person who looks indiginous? Who cares if you worked all your life for that check....the land you have been working on is stolen land!

You seem to understand this rhetoric is a fantasy. I agree! The 'we're gonna end immigration' bullshit is the same hopegasm the politically maligned have been using my entire life. There are literally no new ideas. Unbelievable.

Nevertheless, the US continues to prop up and vote for this vaporware. I don't get it.

Im for incentivizing Legal immigration and dis- incentivizing Illegal immigration. I'm realistic enough to know it wont all happen the way people want, but a lot can be done.

You cant possibly believe it's ok to "catch and release" millions of people who havnt been vetted, let them come here and take away the resources of American citizens who elect government representatives to make a better country for them and thier children.

I believe any rational American citizen would agree. :dunno: Unfortunately, the issue has been so ultra politicized to a point of trying to make it something nefarious. This political tribes directly blame each other for it, and it never gets solved. Also, both political tribes depend on this political catnip 'kitchen table issue' to gain power.

No one, or practically no one, wants to end legal immigration

But the illegal alien invasion must stop and actually be reversed with most being sent back where they came from
