It's not that they love Biden so much it's that RFK doesn't seem to tow the leftist line especially when it comes to the border. What also makes him a legit player is that outside of his name he is now a bigger Outsider than Trump is.

Trump, as a former president and guy remaining in politics is an outsider with a small o, while RFK would be a legit Outsider with some views that will capture both sides who may not want a rerun of 2020, and I imagine, Independent voters.

If his policies match his status, he could do very well and become the next president.
