Rating of the last 12 presidents, interesting

I find the rating interesting and having lived through most, not all of the presidents I find number one shocking. But then again it is not my rating.

Clue, Obama isn't last nor first.

I'd certainly switch the last two. Carter may have been ineffectual but he did nothing to hurt the US. The same can't be said of Dubya, he has brought so much harm to the US and the world that it will take several generations to heal.
