Unlike (apparently) everyone posting here, I actually watch Tucker Carlson's show regularly. He has NEVER stated that Epps was an FBI agent, or plant. He has shown several videos of Epps breaking the law, encouraging people to storm the Capitol, and publicly wondered how people who did much, much less ended up in jail for YEARS, while Epps, whose activities are NOT IN DISPUTE, remains a free man.

There is nothing slanderous about speculating why Epps was never even arrested. It is a puzzle worth exploring.

There will be no lawsuit, it is all smoke, TRUTH is an affirmative defense to a defamation charge.

Truth is a defense to slander accusations, so Tucker would have the opportunity to call witnesses to testify as to whether Epps was or was not working for the FBI when he loudly exhorted peaceful protesters to go into the capitol. Start with Chris Wray, who has been asked that question many times and refused to answer.
