Thanks to obozo, you now cannot be turned down for health insurance due to pre-existing conditions. Naturally all the cheap (but smart) people are gonna skip health insurance until they get cancer and then buy a premium plan.

You really have to wonder if obozo has any brains at all. Telling people they can wait until they get sick and then buy insurance defeats the whole idea of insurance!!!
