Yep, since you can go to court and ask to face yor accuser, and have the case dismissed immediately, the cameras are not considered "lawful" instruments, yet they still exist.

But it gets worse, apparently if you hold political office or are well connected, you can simply exempt your license plate from these camera searches --- since the cameras are NOT lawful anyway.

Even those us sheeple and slaves can also exempt yourself by showing up to court for each offense, MOST of the serfs don't know this, so they pay the fine, and the educated peasants must still appear in court in order to drop the fine.

Isn't it nice to be part of the Aristocracy!

Where I live we don't have the cameras at the traffic lights, in fact there are no traffic lights in the town at all.
