I don't need Napolitano to tell me what the rules are. I studied the pertinent rules, including those regarding contempt of Congress and congressional subpoenas, months ago. A refresher, really.

Something weird is going on with judge Nap. Maybe he was always a never-trumper or maybe he was disappointed about a job. Napolitano is playing legalese games. Republicans took depositions behind closed doors to protect members of the Military and to preserve national security in a case that involved the murder of a U.S. Ambassador and his bodyguards.The actual hearings were open to democrats the same way Clinton and Nixon hearings were open.

Might want to find a little bit more reliable source than a retired old judge who was turned down by Trump for a SCOTUS seat.

Someone mentioned this on FNC today and the guy said that the rules were written about an investigation involving the deaths of 4 Americans involving classified information and a secretary of state. Not a fake quid pro quo impeachment investigation of a president behind closed doors in a classified room with unclassified testimony.

Had 4 Americans died because of this, I would be fine with it being behind closed doors. But they didn't.
