A great actor dies



Robert Loggia, the gravelly voiced actor whose roles in such films as "Scarface," "Prizzi's Honor," "Big" and "Independence Day" generally consisted of tough guys with (occasionally) soft hearts, has died. He was 85.

We're losing great ones. I know that they were never "leading roles" but they are my fave "B" movie roll guys. Crucial to the game.

I loved Loggia.
