More disinformation no, a coin toss is NOT 50/50.A coin toss has a statistical outcome if one gathers the data and graphs it. The left-lamestream-media was claiming that Trump called the virus a hoax and they pulled that directly out their ass. Prove me wrong and provide a quote where Trump called Coronavirus itself a hoax.An estimate is a guess.Media claimed 2.2 million deaths when coronavirus started.
That number was arrived at by the scientist. It's their estimation if nothing was done and we let the disease run it's course.
They had MERS and/or SARs vaccines ready for testing in 2016 but neither side gave a rats ass about it at that time, and funding was dropped. Hopefully the time for a vaccine will be short.
A coin toss is a guess. The worst you can call their estimate is an intelligent guess. The point is that the media didn't just pull it out of their ass.
Nope it's 50/50 on every toss.
The 2.2 million number was not established by a coin toss. Obviously Trump called the Democrats criticism and their statements about the new virus, and his response, their new "Hoax". Was it? Were their fears about it spreading across the country a Hoax? Were their worries about possible shortages of supplies a Hoax?
"Like the coin toss, for example. Most people assume the toss of a coin is always a 50/50 probability, with a 50 percent chance it lands on heads, and a 50 percent chance it lands on tails. Not so, says Diaconis. And, like a good mathematician, he’s proven it."

When did Trump say people's fears were a hoax? Look, a few of the Washington press were asking 'gotcha' questions presuming that Trump was not taking this pandemic seriously. He called them on it. Then the stories came out that Trump called the virus a hoax. He nailed dishonest reporters and they didn't like it. They are not used to being challenged for their biases.
