Elizabeth Warren to Obama Administration: Take the Banks to Court, Already! | Mother Jones
In recent years, major US financial institutions have been caught, among other things, cooking their books, committing fraud, financing terrorists, and laundering money, and many walked away with little more than a wrist-slap. Last year, for example, the Justice Department declined to prosecute HSBC for years of money-laundering violations, levying a fine instead. In March, Attorney General Eric Holder, speaking before the Senate Judiciary Committee, conceded that the size of the banks, at least in the view of the administration, warrants some degree of impunity—that some banks are "too big to jail."

What say you? :eusa_think:
make way for the bankster fluffers to comment.

More examples of the left's war on women. If the radical left isn't blaming Jews they are targeting successful women.

73 views? Not too shabby on my part. You people need to take the partisan scales off of your eyes. 2:30 :

I see you enjoy it when people pander to your idiotic side.

Windbag? You sure did pick the right username lol  "idiotic side" is the side of the common man NOT the oligarchs you tool.

As to the OP, the gov't needs to act before its too late. Thew banksters already own the senate. Sadly, it looks like you can only safely bust the monopolies up during a good economy or any downturn will be blamed on the action.

The National Memo » Holder: Banks Are Not ?Too Big To Jail?
“Let me be very, very, very clear… banks are not too big to jail,” Holder added.

The DOJ has not brought any criminal charges against the big banks since the financial crisis of 2008 forced taxpayers to bail them out.

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) sent a letter to the Justice Department earlier this week, calling for explanations into the settlements that have been made with the big banks.

So today it's back to hating Wall Street. Got it.

No.

You don't.

If you did you would either ask a question or challenge the header item with more information or at minimum indicate some awareness of the incredible criminality Reagan, Clinton and Bush fostered and Obama tolerates.

Instead you followed the white trash nutball path of making an idiotic remark then running away. So, no, you don't "get it".

There is a pretty simple reason that bankers are not going to jail, if they tried to send them to jail the bankers would be able to document the way the government forced them to do what they did.
