They merely put out a release saying sub-minimum wage needs to go, as does no more tax on tips. Nothing in the release in the OP mentions Trump.
They issued another press release thanking Biden and bashing Trump.

And the Culindary Union in Nevada is very pro-Biden, and Anti Trump. They just released this statement. I've bolded the most interesting bits.

Culinary Union has led the fight for over 30 years for fair taxation on tips and our union supports the ban on taxes on tips.
They didn't endorse Trump. They bashed him today. They have been trying to eliminate tax on tips for years.
