We already have plenty of them we can deport, felons serving time in prison and those few detained currently the border, complaining about how they get treated worse here than they did in the 'refugee' camps they came from. No. What Trump needs to do is convince the courts that the government has a compelling interest in enforcing immigration laws, and that sanctuary cities only hinder that by harboring people who came here illegally.

Have the Supreme Court re-evaluate this as a states rights issue. The 10th Amendment shouldn't be construed as to allow a state or municipality to harbor people who have clearly broken federal law.
