Say it isn't so John!

They wrote the following songs on the radio together.

"Sara Smile"
"Do What You Want, Be What You Are"
"You Make My Dreams Come True"
"I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)"
"Maneater"
"Out Of Touch"

God bless you and them always!!!

Holly

P.S. My favorite album from them is their VH-1 Behind The Music release. I also love how they sing "The First Noel" and "It Came Upon A Midnight Clear" on their Christmas album. :) :) :)

I became a fan back in the early 80s, when H2O was released. Their longtime friend, bandmate, and bassist; Tom "T-Bone" Wolk was my earliest influence on the 4 string. That being said, many songs did have John on lead like:
"She's Gone"
"You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling"
"Possession Obsession"
and believe me, he's got a good set of pipes in his own right.

I can't say what I know. Owell.

The dudes made some great songs together.

Not my favorite genre of music, but they did some really good and original stuff.

Songs that stand the test of time.

A good song is a good song.

For example this:

You can't stuff Tom Jones into a box. Tom Jones does Tom Jones music.

That's like Hall & Oates too. Tom Jones gets out there and bangs it out and fuck you if you don't like it!

I love it! :yes_text12:

That's like.. Rock n Roll. That's the essence of it.

Tina Turner rarely wrote her own music, but songs like "What's Love Got To Do With It' wouldn't have done anything without her performance.

She didn't even like the song when she recorded it.
She didn't write "Proud Mary", but she surely did the best ever rendition of it to this date.
