Justice Scalia weighed in on maybe the most crucial decision of his career and one that will reverberate for generations to come: Is Chicago Deep Dish Pizza really pizza?

No.

“It’s very tasty, but it’s not pizza,” Scalia, who was raised in Queens, said of the type of pie commonly known as “deep-dish” pizza.

Scalia is, of course, wrong.

But Jon Stewart has a different opinion.

Deep-dish pizza is one of the few things Chicago does right(from Northwest Indiana suburb here, we get to enjoy the benefits of Chicago without the taxes and crime).
 
Hard choice. I LOVE really thin pizza but I LOVE some deep dish Chicago style pizza as well.The huge chunks of tomato's YUMMMM

Now, if scalia would just stick with these type of decisions and avoid anything that actually affects people this country would be a lot better off.
