Schumer Threatens USSC Justices Gorsuch & Kavanaugh: 'You Will Pay Price - Won't Know What Hit You!

No hospital want's antiabortion protests, and that's what they'd get by granting admission privileges to a doc who works in an abortion clinic in the bible belt.

The moment a Pro-Abortion protestor protests in front of a hospital they have just publicly 'suicided' any claim of concern for the mother's health, as a hospital's only role is to save lives and care for the health of anyone brought there...IMHO.

The hospital is not the topic of discussion, thus to protest THEM is idiotic. Hospitals are not 'prominent players' driving this 'train', seeking to mandate a doctor having 'admission privileges'.

Um, i think you quoted the wrong person.

I did - my apologies. I will correct.

Just 10 days ago there was a furor over Trump asserting that Justices Sotomayor and Ginsberg should recuse themselves in cases involving his admin because their statements about him expose their blatant bias. The POTUS threatened no one and merely pointed to their words as proof of their duty to recuse.

Yesterday Chuckie Shu - the Senate Jester - stood on the steps of the USSC and threatened 2 justices by name. The media reaction? Newsweek just castigated Chief Justice Roberts for having the temerity to call out Chuckie the Clown.

Chuck Schumer being reprimanded by Chief Justice Roberts "hurts the notion of judicial independence," say legal experts
Supreme Court Justice John Roberts' rebuke of Chuck Schumer over remarks he made at an abortion rights rally risked hurting "the notion of judicial independence" and "public faith" in America's top court, two senior lawyers have said.
What Chuck did was wrong. Just because Trump does that shit on a regular basis does not make it ok for other leader to follow suit. Roberts had a good point in his critique of Schumer but why hasn’t he made the same
condemnations of Trumps attacks on judges?

This partisanship is getting to destructive levels and needs to stop.

Trump's statement was that they should recuse themselves in certain things involving him. he didn't propose any action to force them to recuse, or any action he would take if they didn't recuse.

Schumer implied action on his or his sides part if K&G decided the current case in a way they didn't like.
trump has been going after judges for 3 years... don’t give me that crap

Trump has called out Judges, he hasn't threatened them in the manner Schumer did.
to be clear, trump never threatened a SCOTUS. He stated his st amendment rights to ask them to recuse themselves from any dealings with his case, due to their bias and not actually following the constitution.

Bullshit. The accusation of violating the separation of powers was already made when I responded to it. Schumer's statement actually does not violate the separation of powers. Your whore has done it constantly. You right-wingers are perfectly content to throw female Americans under the bus to appease your cult friends. You think that it is okay to force female Americans to live under the yoke of right-wing "religious" fascism so that you can get what you want.

Hey snowflake. Don't try that denial shit with me.

Tell it to the Senators who are already moving to censure him.

Censuring him for what? You right-wingers have already laid down the rule that anything goes. We Americans can say anything we like, disobey any laws and rules that we don't like, claim anything to be a "sincerely held belief" that excuses us. We are now living by right-wing rules. BTW: Your orange whore already has demanded the recusal of Supreme Court justices.

Isn't it about time you came up for air by pulling your head out of your ass?

A typical nonsense reply by a person who has nothing substantial to say. Obviously, you have the IQ of a turnip.
Mine averages 140 I'll bet you'd be doing good to break 80 - 90. Maybe even less if you're a leftarded halfwit.

LOL, there is no individual average, it is what is measured. You're a liar, not only based on this, but on the totality of your comments here and on other threads.

Schumer has a habit of making threats. I believe he and other leftist leaders are spending many hours trying to figure out how they can end Trump's threat to their power permanently. I really hope the Secret Service are diligent and are taking every precaution to insure that every agent is thoroughly vetted. The Democrats are desperate and are capable of anything. The concern should not just be that some nut job will go off the deep end and act on Schumer's behalf, it should be that these unhinged politicians will act on their own behalf. I put nothing past them.

Grow up, a viable threat is specific statement to cause death or harm to another. "Pay the price" is not a viable threat to do physical harm to anyone and does not meet the elements of a Criminal Threat.

You and the others who keep pushing this as a crime seem to forget all of the trash talk at trump's rallies; one major character flaw in trump defenders is hypocrisy.

Yes it was an obvious and blatant threat.

Yes it was an obvious and blatant threat.
Yes it was. What else could he have meant? What price could a SC justice pay, it's a lifetime appointment. And his claim that he meant Republicans in general doesn't fly. He didn't say "People will pay a price", he said "YOU will pay a price" as he addressed them by name. He could only have meant one thing...physical harm. These are dangerous people and their threats should be taken seriously.

Schummer just can't stop his wicked mouth from saying wicked things. And what is most humorous, is that he stands himself up as an example of The Perfect Democrat, and America sees that, and sees what The Politically Correct Fanatical PC Puritans have done since 2016 to this nation promoting division, strife and slander, and they are increasingly saying No Thanks, and more will say NO THANKS this November.

No thank you Chuck, we do not want "more of the same" from you and your party!

They are probably going to show up at his house like The Domestic Terrorist Organization they are and threaten their lives and the lives of their family members.

So The Democrat Party is moving closer and closer to looking like The Taliban.

I say this..................Get in Schumer's face and tell him he's not welcome here.

Go to his house and protest him..........if you see him at a Gas Station get in his face and tell him to leave politics...........At a movie theatre..........harass them and tell them to go home.......because they don't have the right to be there with Real Americans............at a Restaurant .............they need to go eat somewhere else...

Inciting violence against individuals is punishable and against the law. In Chuckie Schumer's case as usual this is not the case, It's called "Just Us". The PMS/DSA Democrat hypocritical two tiered system of Justice again reigns. WE the simple people of America would have been arrested, and sent to jail for the actions Schumer has done by openly threatening members of SCOTUS.

Dodge duck, dip, dive and dodge.

And if all you have is Tu Quo Que as an attempted defense....

He threatened Federal judges, how can he not be charged?

He should be removed from office at a minimum. He is a disgrace.

What if McConnell threatened Ginsburg and Sotamayor? The left would demand the same....so don’t be hypocrites.
Very good, Colonel Angus. They shoulda thrown Schumer out several administrations ago. He's poisoned the well of many an innocent person, and he isn't going to stop until someone stops him. His legacy is destruction of this nation's constitutional constitution.

I have peer reviewed this post and find it 100% accurate!

We the average American citizen should be demanding that our representatives in Congress prosecute the Schumer issue and at least censure him, if not impeach the S.O.B.
