Why is this lying, deceitful, treacherous, liberal, Progressive Socialist bi@-tch NOT in jail right now? ...oh yeah, Obama.

That and the fact that she actually didn't do anything.

NOT. Lerner actually held a press conference prior to her 'testimony' before Congress - it is saved for pposterity and has been aired numerous times. It can STILL be seen. In this lil' press conference she ADMITTED that the IRS, specifically her division, acted 'inappropriately' through the 'targeting' of US citizens. She went on to claim the IRS had taken actions to ensure this never happens again. (Of course Congress and the IRS has filed a report since then stating no effective changes have been made, and targeting is possibly still going on.)
