The 350-plus pages of material offer little evidence about Sotomayor's role in the cases and causes the organization, now known as LatinoJustice PRLDEF, took up while she served on its board from 1980 until 1992. But Republicans quickly seized on them as full of "red flags" on Sotomayor

Now, on the one hand I'm somewhat suspicious of such a statement being made in a release from MSNBC. On the other hand, it is starting to seem like the GOP is trying way too hard and has yet to build much of a case against her. It seems that the only ones the GOP is hurting... is the GOP

What I find amusing is that for decades, liberals and Democrats have been on a witch hunt against "racism" and "bigotry", going batshit at the slightest hint of it on the part of whites.

Now that the shoe's on the other foot, it's pretty goddamn fun to watch!

It's basically impossible for them to escape.

1. If they say "we're not racist", that only makes it worse... like a Chinese finger-lock.
2. If they say, "Well, when we say 'civil rights', we don't mean whites", then they're exposed as complete hypocrites.
3. If they admit racism, they're screwed anyway.

Ha!

See, liberals are great at fashioning torture devices for their opponents. But they ought not give their enemies a chance to use them!
