Sometimes a movie that bombs at the box office can become a cult classic. Not saying that the movie mentioned in the OP will do that. I didn't even know the movie existed. But I'm just saying.

There are some movies that are so bad, that they are fun to watch with a group of friends just to laugh at how bad they are.
