I do not believe Obama care should be outright appealed. However it most definitely should have been delayed to sort out the myriad of bad legislation/pork/cronyism it is chocked full of. Democrats piled favoritism galore into this monster, as well as it has loads of secondary consequences not seen when they rushed it through.
Our healthcare most assuredly needed an overhaul, and ACA has its merits. It needs retooling - but the Democrats refuse to even consider it.
