Since Biden is supposedly our leader, is this an indicator of the effect?

Well he has only been president for less than a year and has to clean up the previous administration mess.

Unlike the previous administration which inherited a growing economy and rode it the oil wave. The previous admin had trouble addressing the COVID issue and pretty much try to ignore it until it could not be ignore. Especially when the president catches it.

Still the effect will be determined towards the end of the 4 years. Yeah if things were going good then Biden would try to take credit and the repub would say no it was Trump. So he has to work for it. It may work out or it may not.

Trump increased the deficit for no other reason but to get tax breaks for himself and family and to get votes

Biden job is to keep the economy going. I do not know if he will run for reelection as he is getting older but if he does not then repub's should be afraid.

Federal Budget Deficit for September 2021: $62 billion
Federal Budget Deficit for September 2020: $125 billion

Here's some data for you. Do you know what congress does BTW?

Do you really believe Trump inherited a great economy and destroyed it by not addressing COVID, and can you articulate the reasons? because from here any reasonable person would say you're jawing at the mouth on what you desire only.

I know what congress does but does Trump who claim credit for unemployment rates in his first year in office.

https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-accepts-jobs-report-unemployment-number-after-calling-hoax-20

yet the chart speaks for itself

1636252927824.png

2019 is when the decline was reversed and it shot and was still higher than when he came to office

Civilian Trump says I don't trust the numbers. President Trump accepts these numbers and takes credit.

With it going high , my guess he should have stayed with not trusting the numbers. In al fairness all president do this take credit and dodge blame.
