Donald Trump was not elected by the educated elite; he got the keys to the kingdom by energizing the collective wisdom of the working masses. Sadly, the educated elite in America have a self-serving agenda that puts us all at great risk.
You see when a group of people says they want to kill you and are feverishly working to develop the means to follow through with their diabolical plans a reasonable person will perceive a genuine threat and act promptly to deal with that threat.
Shepard Smith, a Fox News reporter known for uttering vacuous remarks, said something to the effect that no US president before Trump has made such bellicose statements regarding world affairs in reference to Trump’s “fire and fury” comments on North Korean leader Kim Jung Un.
Apparently Shep forgot about JFK saying that any missile launched from Cuba against the United States will be regarded as an attack on the US by the Soviet Union requiring a full retaliatory response by the US on the Soviet Union. Remember the Cuban Missile Crisis?
Neville Chamberlain notwithstanding, we need to come to grips with the fact that American education has been very busy over the decades mass producing stupid humans on an industrial scale. You see salaries, benefits; tenure and public sector unions for educators have reduced a lot of standard college diplomas to participation trophies.
The kids in college today are no different than we were. They’re more interested in free beer than free speech. But they’re getting shafted because they are just Sputnik-inspired cash cows indoctrinated with all sorts of idiosyncratic culture-bending glorified Tupperware seminars in the guise of manufactured societal struggles-men against women, whites against blacks, rich against poor, old against young-you name it.
Most survive and come to their senses but the “snowflakes” are problematic. They have no perception of the power of the atom and the evil of those who seek it. They have an almost Pavlovian attachment to fairness and feelings. They have no grasp of actual history where the appeasement policies of Clinton, Bush and Obama have lead us to the brink of a nuclear catastrophe on the wings of diplomacy and an “understanding” of those who want to destroy us.
We don’t need snowflakes. We need plumbers, electricians, welders and pipefitters to rebuild our infrastructure as the president has promised. If the big one goes off we’ll all be living in tents.
