They really need to think long and hard before trying that again. If we lose faith in our elections, the next step is a general revolt into lawlessness and civil disobedience. Since the Marxists can't have their fun while half the nation is laughing at their demands, they'll attempt to use LEOs first, then some kind of Capitol police paramilitary organization to force our compliance. THAT is when the festivities will kick off with all their Sturm und Drang.
