He couldn't though------What the supposed TEFLON clintons did to avoid being taken down for their many crimes over the years was simply to corrupt the justice system first in arkansas and then in Washington----good law men were gotten rid of one way or the other while the the bad ones that were willing to play footsie with the clintons were promoted and rewarded in various ways. Comey's notes were meant to help show the clintons what loyal butt boy he was for them------now they may help him go to prison where he belongs and or be Arkansided.
